1 Definitions and Introduction

- Each individual may open only one account.
- Operating multiple accounts from the same IP address or device is prohibited.
- The email address and mobile number provided at registration must be valid and active.

2.2 Account Security
You are fully responsible for the security of your account. Keep your password private and do not allow third parties to use your account. If you suspect any unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately.
2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)
As part of safe and fair operations, 09vet follows an identity verification process. We may request identity documents in the following situations:
- When making a withdrawal request for the first time.
- When transacting large amounts of money.

3 Age Restrictions and Eligibility

5 Bonus and Promotion Policy
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. The following conditions apply to claim this bonus:
- A minimum deposit of ৳300 is required to activate the bonus.
- To withdraw the bonus, the total bonus amount must be wagered 20 times (20x wagering requirement).
- The bonus applies to the first deposit only — once per account.
- The wagering requirement must be met within a specified time period.
5.2 General Bonus Terms
The following general terms apply to all promotional offers:
- Specific eligibility conditions may apply for participating in each promotion.
- Bonus benefits may not be shared with or transferred to anyone else.
- 09vet reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.
- If bonus abuse is found, all bonuses and related winnings will be forfeited.
- Each user may use each offer only once.
5.3 VIP Program
09vet has a five-tier VIP program for regular players — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback and other benefits are provided at each tier. VIP tier advancement depends on a player's activity and participation.
6 Gaming Rules and Fair Play
6.1 General Gaming Policy
All games offered on the 09vet platform are fair and operated using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game results are completely random and cannot be predetermined.
- The rules for each game can be viewed in the game interface.
- A game result may be voided due to a technical error.
- In the event of a dispute over a game result, server logs will be considered final evidence.
- Gaming activities require a stable internet connection; in the event of disconnection, server data will be used to handle any incomplete bets.
6.2 Live Casino
Respectful behavior must be maintained when participating in live casino games. Using disrespectful language or behavior toward dealers or other players may result in action being taken on the account.
6.3 Sports Betting
Please keep the following in mind when participating in sports betting:
- Betting odds may change after a match has started.
- If a match is cancelled or postponed, the bet amount will be refunded.
- For multi-bets, the outcome of each event is determined independently.

Under no circumstances will 09vet's maximum liability exceed the amount of the transaction in question.
10 Account Suspension & Closure
10.1 09vet's Rights
We may suspend or permanently close your account in the following circumstances:
- Any violation of these terms and conditions.
- Suspicion of fraudulent or illegal activity.
- Failure to verify identity or providing false information.
- The account remaining inactive for an extended period.
- The user's own request.
10.2 User's Rights
You may close your account at any time. Please withdraw any available real funds before closing your account. Bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirements will not be refunded.
10.3 Inactive Accounts
A maintenance charge may apply to accounts that have been inactive for 12 months or more. We will send a notice to your registered email before taking any such action.
11 Responsible Gaming
