Safe and Responsible Gaming

09vet Responsible Gaming — Your protection is our priority

Gaming is for entertainment — not addiction. 09vet gives you all the tools to set limits, take breaks, and stay safe.

Why Responsible Gaming Matters

Online gaming and betting can be an enjoyable form of entertainment, but it is important to always keep it under control. 09vet believes that responsible gaming is not just a matter of rules — it is a genuine expression of care for every player. We want you to play with enjoyment and never find yourself under financial or mental pressure.

The core principle of responsible gaming is — only bet what you can afford to lose. Chasing losses by playing again and again in hopes of winning back money is never a good idea. Gaming should not be seen as a source of income — it is a form of entertainment.

On the 09vet platform, we have built a range of protection tools for you. From deposit limits to self-exclusion — everything is within your reach. If at any point you feel that gaming is getting out of control, our support team is available 24/7 by your side.

Our Safe Gaming Tools

Deposit Limit

Set in advance the maximum amount you can deposit daily, weekly, or monthly. Once a limit is set, it takes at least 24 hours to come into effect, though increasing it may take longer. This is the most effective way to prevent overspending.

Self-Exclusion

If you feel you want to take a temporary or permanent break from the platform, use the self-exclusion option. Your account can be locked for a set period of time. No promotional messages will be sent during this break.

Time-Out Feature

The time-out feature is useful for short breaks. Your account can be temporarily suspended for any period from 24 hours up to 6 weeks. During this time you will not be able to log in and no bets can be placed.

Loss Limit

Set a cap on the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a given period. Once that limit is reached, betting will automatically stop, helping you keep financial losses under control.

Session Limit

Decide for yourself how long each gaming session will last. A warning will appear when the set time is up. Long sessions can lead to mental fatigue and poor decision-making.

Account Verification

09vet verifies the age and identity of every account to ensure that only users aged 21 and above are using the platform. This is essential for protecting minors.

Age Verification is Mandatory

For users aged 21 and above only. 09vet strictly prohibits gaming by minors.

Age Verification and Protection of Minors

The age of every user is verified at the time of registration on the 09vet platform. We firmly believe that gaming is only for those aged 21 and above — and there is no room for violation of this policy.

If you live with children or teenagers at home, use parental control software on your device and keep your account login details secure. Sharing your account is strictly prohibited.

If you believe a minor has used or attempted to use your account, notify our support team immediately. We will take swift action.

Warning Signs of Problem Gaming

If any of the following signs appear in you, it may be a cause for concern. Assess yourself honestly:

  • You feel the urge to bet more to win back money you have lost
  • You want to stop gaming but cannot, or you keep trying and failing
  • You are hiding your gaming habits from family or friends
  • You are giving gaming more priority than food, sleep, or daily responsibilities
  • You are taking loans or using emergency funds for gaming
  • You feel restless, irritated, or anxious when you cannot game
  • Gaming is having a negative impact on your work, studies, or relationships

How to Get Help

If any of the above signs apply to you, do not fight it alone. Take action now:

Seek support from family and friends

Share the problem with someone close to you. Gaming addiction is a mental health issue — social support is highly effective in dealing with it.

Assess Yourself

Think honestly about the questions below. If most of your answers are "yes", it is time to seek help:

1 Are you spending more time or money on gaming than you planned?
2 Have you ever felt the need to lie about your gaming?
3 Is gaming causing problems in your work, studies, or relationships?
4 After a loss, do you play more to "get revenge"?
5 Have you ever taken a loan or been unable to pay an important bill because of gaming?
6 Does the thought of not gaming make you anxious or restless?
7 Are you using gaming to cope with excitement, sadness, or loneliness?

This is a general awareness tool — it is not a substitute for medical advice. Contact a mental health professional for professional help.

Use Limits and Control Tools

On the 09vet platform, you can set various limits yourself for safe play. These features can be activated from your account settings or through the support team:

Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit for each payment method is ৳300. Deposit in a planned manner.

Withdrawal Rules

Minimum withdrawal is ৳1,000. Withdraw your winnings at the right time.

Fast processing

Withdrawals are generally completed within 5-30 minutes.

Secure Payments

bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer — all methods protected with SSL.

The Golden Rules of Responsible Gaming

Set a budget

Decide in advance how much you will spend each week or month. Never go beyond that budget — even when you are winning.

Play with an entertainment mindset

Thinking of gaming as a way to earn money invites trouble. It is entertainment, like watching a film or a cricket match.

Take regular breaks

Take at least one short break every hour. During your break, get up and walk, drink some water, or step outside.

Keep a clear head

Avoid gaming when drinking alcohol or under mental stress. Decisions made with a clear mind are always the best decisions.

Learn to accept a loss

Every loss is a normal part of the game. Continuing to play out of frustration or regret after a loss is the biggest mistake you can make.

Keep your account secure

Never share your login details with anyone. Having multiple people use the same account creates a security risk.

Questions and Answers about Responsible Gaming

Go to the "Responsible Gaming" section of your account to set separate deposit limits for daily, weekly, or monthly periods. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit requires a waiting period, which protects you from depositing more in the heat of the moment.

Once self-exclusion is activated, you will not be able to log in to the platform for the chosen period. You can select the duration yourself. No promotional emails or messages will be sent during the exclusion period. Submit the request through our support team and we will process it promptly.

A time-out is a short break — typically from 24 hours up to a few weeks — suited for a mental reset. Self-exclusion is a longer-term and stronger measure, more effective for dealing with problem gambling. Both can be requested through the support team.

No. 09vet is strictly for users aged 21 and above. Age verification is mandatory at registration. If we are informed that a minor has attempted to use an account, that account is closed immediately.
